How much is the deposit and when is the remaining payment due?
For weddings, deposits are usually 20–30% of the total package.
Will we receive RAW/original files?
By default, you will receive fully edited high-resolution images. If you would like the RAW/original files, they are available upon request for an additional $150 CAD.
Do you use the photos taken during a photoshoot for your own business purposes?
Yes, as a photographer I reserve the right to use the photos in my portfolio, on my website, and in promotional materials.
If you prefer your photos not to be shared publicly, please let me know before the photoshoot begins. I will fully respect your privacy and will not use the images for advertising or portfolio purposes.
Do you travel outside Calgary / Alberta? Are there travel fees?
Yes, I travel all around Canada and around the world to your destination. Additional fees for transportation, accommodation, or travel time may apply depending on location; these are agreed upon when booking.
Travel is included for sessions within 25 km of Auburn Bay, SE Calgary.
For locations beyond this radius, a small travel fee of $0.50 per kilometer will apply (round trip), and will be discussed with you in advance to ensure full clarity.
What if the weather is bad or someone is sick?
No worries, I completely understand that things happen! If the weather is bad or someone is unwell, we can reschedule your session.
Please notify me at least 2 hours before the scheduled session time. If the cancellation is made later than that, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
Your comfort and safety are my priority, and I’ll do my best to find a new time that works for everyone!
